Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders and the development team.
  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and iterate on product features.
  • Engage with customers and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience and address pain points.
  • Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals.
  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies that enhance DoktorABC.com’s market position and support the lifecycle of healthcare categories.
  • Lead category management efforts, identifying opportunities for expansion and product development to address emerging healthcare needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and customer analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Craft compelling product positioning, messaging, and unique selling propositions (USPs) tailored to target customer segments.
  • Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives across DoktorABC.com’s platform to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Write and maintain detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and Market Requirements Documents (MRDs) to communicate the vision, objectives, and functional requirements of new products or features to the development team and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of telemedicine, healthcare, or e-commerce industries is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in using product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
  • Proven experience in writing and managing Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and Market Requirements Documents (MRDs), translating complex product features and market needs into clear and actionable documents.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry and digital health trends, with a focus on patient behavior and online healthcare delivery models.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication abilities and adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hotjar).
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a patient-centric approach to marketing and product development.
  • Fluent English is a must.
