About the position

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and experienced CRM campaign manager to join our CRM marketing team. You will play an important role in the development and execution of our CRM marketing strategy, will maximize customer engagement and retention efforts, and will have a direct impact on the business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Take part in the development, implementation, and expansion of the cross-channel CRM marketing strategy (email, SMS, web-push, WhatsApp, messengers, on-site channels)
  • Mapping of the customer lifecycle and development of the corresponding automated programs to increase engagement, customer loyalty, and retention.
  • Design and execution of the manual promotional campaigns and dedicated cross-sale campaigns for specific client segments.
  • Analyses of the customer database, customer segment performance, and client behavior patterns to identify new opportunities and capitalize on insights.
  • Team up with the creative team to create appealing messaging and design per specific market and customer segments.
  • Run AB tests and optimize campaigns to improve performance KPIs and results.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to synchronize strategies and goals. 
  • Manage tasks independently, from ideation to implementation.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in the CRM / Email marketing position at e-commerce or D2C brands.
  • Experience in email marketing automation is mandatory.
  • Experience in multi-channel campaigns is an advantage.
  • Background in customer conversion, retention, and win-back strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize performance based on data.
  • Project management and problem-solving skills
  • A self-starter with a “can do” attitude and ability to execute tasks independently 
  • Creative and fresh mind for concepts, copy, and visuals.
  • Familiarity with Excel is mandatory, and Mixpanel/Tableau/Data Studio is an advantage. 
  • Higher education and a high level of English are mandatory.
  • Experience with Hubspot marketing hub is a significant advantage
