About the position

We are on the lookout for a Creative Designer to join our dynamic team at Helfy. This role is pivotal in driving our creative strategies on various social media platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. By leveraging data insights, the Creative Designer will enhance our brand’s visual identity, promote our digital health solutions, and captivate our target audience with compelling narratives.

  • Social Media Creativity:
    • Develop and execute creative strategies tailored to different social media platforms, Campaign Ads, CRM, Studio, Content etc..
    • Create visually appealing and engaging content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant networks.
    • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Video Editing:
    • Utilize video editing skills to produce high-quality and compelling video content.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional videos, product demonstrations, and user testimonials.
  • Brand Representation:
    • Ensure a consistent and cohesive visual brand representation across all digital channels.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align creative efforts with overall brand messaging and objectives.
  • AI Marketing Platforms Familiarity:
    • Have experience with Marketing AI platforms, including but not limited to midjourney, CHATGPT etc..
  • Innovative Thinking:
    • Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table, pushing creative boundaries to differentiate our brand in the digital health space.
    • Experiment with new formats and technologies to enhance user engagement.
  • Proven experience in a similar role in the tech industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, video editing skills, and successful social media campaigns.
  • Proficient in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
  • Familiarity with AI platforms, especially midjourney and ChatGPT.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey creative concepts and ideas.
  • Collaborative mindset to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving trends and technologies in the digital and health industries.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and leverage insights to refine creative approaches.
  • Exceptional copywriting abilities, showcasing a talent for producing compelling and effective content.
  • proven experience in strategic storytelling, showcasing the ability to develop and implement creative strategies that tell compelling and cohesive stories across various channels.
  • Fluent English is a must.
