About the position

We are on the lookout for a Creative Specialist with a strong analytical mindset, exceptional storytelling capabilities, and proven copywriting skills to join our dynamic team at Helfy. This role is pivotal in driving our creative strategies on various social media platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. By leveraging data insights, the Creative Manager will enhance our brand’s visual identity, promote our digital health solutions, and captivate our target audience with compelling narratives.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Storytelling and Social Media Creativity:
  • Lead the development and execution of creative strategies that are tailored to different social media platforms, drawing upon strong analytical skills to interpret data and refine approaches.
  • Employ exceptional copywriting abilities to create engaging content that tells compelling stories across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant networks.
  • Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices, ensuring our content resonates with our audience.
  • Data-Driven Video Editing:
  • Produce high-quality video content that leverages insights from data to create compelling narratives, including promotional videos, product demonstrations, and user testimonials.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team, utilizing video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro to craft impactful visual stories.
  • Brand Representation with a Storytelling Focus:
  • Ensure a consistent and cohesive visual brand representation across all digital channels, aligning creative efforts with our brand’s messaging and objectives through strategic storytelling.
  • Familiarity with AI Marketing Platforms:
  • Utilize experience with Marketing AI platforms, including but not limited to midjourney and ChatGPT, to innovate and enhance creative content strategies.
  • Innovative Thinking and Copywriting:
  • Bring innovative ideas and exceptional copywriting skills to the table, pushing creative boundaries to distinguish our brand in the competitive digital health space.
  • Experiment with new formats and technologies, leveraging storytelling and data insights to enhance user engagement and convey our humanistic approach effectively.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the tech industry, with a strong emphasis on strategic storytelling, data-driven creative processes, and compelling copywriting.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing creativity, video editing skills,  Design skills. successful social media campaigns, and the ability to convey stories effectively across various channels.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and familiarity with AI platforms, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, DALL-E and etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for leveraging data to inform creative decisions and strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling the effective conveyance of creative concepts and ideas.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Adaptability to evolving trends and technologies within the digital and health industrie
