We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for international roles, including sourcing, screening, and conducting HR interviews.
Responsabilities
Full-cycle recruitment: manage the process from sourcing to onboarding for global positions.
Source candidates using various channels and advanced sourcing techniques.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and international teams.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment documentation.
Support recruitment strategy and provide recommendations for process improvement.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in global sourcing and full-cycle recruitment.
Experience conducting HR interviews.
Fluent in English (mandatory).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
Previous experience in a B2C environment is a plus.
