We're looking for a hands-on CRM & Lifecycle Manager to own and execute customer communications across key lifecycle touchpoints. This role combines strategic lifecycle marketing, hand-on execution of marketing automation campaigns, creative messaging, and data-driven optimization to drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty throughout the entire customer journey.
