about the position

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and experienced Marketing Studio Team Lead to join us and manage our graphic studio and turn an idea into a creative result. The ideal candidate will have a performance-driven approach to design and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry. In this role, you will generate engaging and compelling video content, images, and other digital assets on platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our CRO, BI, and user acquisition departments to analyze the results of campaigns and optimize for maximum impact.

Responsibilities:
  • Mentoring & leading the graphic studio team– setting personal goals and guidance
  • Implementing the brand marketing strategy into visual language in digital and print platforms to create a unique brand identity worldwide
  • Part of the marketing team, planning the brand’s future visual and product innovation.
  • Produce panels based on data with User Acquisition 
  • Develop and design digital materials (campaigns, newsletters, social posts, and ads)
  • Lead all campaigns in the company – online and offline. Including ads, an e-commerce website, and more.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Video editing and landing page experience at branding or in-house creative studios
  • 1-3 years of Team leadership experience.
  • Specialization in leading campaigns – Tiktok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
  • Expert in typography, resolution, graphics, and composition.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with design criteria, trends, and best design practices. 
  • A professional, innovative, creative, efficient, multi-tasker, and detail-oriented person
  • A solid creative portfolio of digital and print work that features creative branding.
  • High-Level English is Required.  French and German speakers – Significant advantage.
