About the position

Ideally, the candidate would be responsible for understanding the user experience (UX) of websites and mobile applications, working closely with marketing, creative, and R&D teams, and leading e-commerce and conversion rate optimization initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user research and analysis to understand customer needs and behaviors and identify opportunities for improving the user experience and conversion rate.
  • Work closely with marketing, creative, and R&D teams to develop and execute UX strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Write and maintain product requirements documents (MRDs) and product design specifications (PRDs) that communicate user needs, product features, and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure that product designs are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
  • Test and validate product designs, and user flows to meet user needs and support conversion rate optimization goals.
  • Analyze product performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and recommend changes to improve the user experience and conversion rate.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX, e-commerce, and conversion rate optimization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or Marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, UX design, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of UX design principles and best practices and experience with conversion rate optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with user research methods, prototyping tools, and product management tools like Jira.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, online marketing, and SEO is a plus.
