We are a dynamic, international company specializing in cutting-edge medical care, and we’re in search of a highly motivated Healthcare Operations Manager to join our growing team. Our mission is to revolutionize the telemedicine industry by providing exceptional medical services through innovative technology.

Responsibilities
  • Engaging actively with our partner doctors:
    • Improve their interaction with our platform, including regular feedback sessions.
    • Manage and support the team of doctors, addressing any issues and promoting a positive working environment.
    • Actively recruit new doctors based on the company’s requirements across various specialties and markets.
    • Track and analyze doctors’ performance metrics to refine remuneration systems.
    • Be responsible for the management and updating of prescriptions, adhering to new guidelines and implementing e-prescriptions effectively.
    • Act as a point of contact between the company and doctors.
  • Building strong relationships with our partner pharmacies:
    • Collaborate with the stock team to secure the best deals from pharmacies, improve pharmacy-support communication, and manage the onboarding and maintenance of pharmacy partnerships.
    • Ensure timely and proper delivery of goods from partner pharmacies, continuously monitor legal requirements for packaging and contents of medical shipments.
    • Act as a point of contact between the company and pharmacies.
  • Collaborating with our partners in healthcare sector:
    • Expand partnerships with medical-related companies (e.g., laboratories) to enhance the product offerings.
    • Manage the entire partnership funnel, including market research, partner identification, onboarding, and agreement preparation.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English is a MUST!
  • German language proficiency is highly preferable.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Must be 18 years old or older.
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly and efficiently.
  • Medical education is preferable but not mandatory.
  • Experience in the medical field is preferable but not mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in telemedicine or healthcare management.
  • Familiarity with digital healthcare platforms.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the medical and pharmaceutical industries.
