About the position

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and experienced CRM campaign manager to join our marketing team. To be responsible for planning, creating, and analysing daily cross-channel campaigns to maximize engagement and retention efforts that have a direct impact on the growth and revenue goals of the business.

  • Manage trigger-based campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize KPIs.
  • Customer journey mapping – analyze touchpoints within the organization and capitalize on commercial opportunities.
  • Build a cross-channel experience under industry standards and best practices.
  • Ideate and execute CRM strategies that encourage customer retention and loyalty.
  • Regularly monitor retention KPIs performance data and analyze results by tracking and A/B testing campaigns to guide improvements. 
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in the eCommerce industry.
  • Specialist in CRM processes with a background in customer conversion and retention strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven marketer with the ability to optimize performance based on data. understanding with applied use of functions like Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP’s.
  • Implementation experience with new marketing engagement tools.
  • Proficient in HTML and CSS (strong technical orientation, comfortable with code).
  • Familiarity with Excel/Tableau/Data Studio. 
  • Project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • A fast learner who is motivated, innovative, and a self-starter with a “can do” attitude.
  • Collaborative and able to interact with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and developers.
  • Campaign management with hands-on capabilities from A to Z.
  • High-Level English is Required. 
  • French and German speakers – Significant advantage.
