About the position

We are looking for a highly creative and analytical Creative Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a performance-driven approach to design and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry. In this role, you will generate engaging and compelling video content, images, and other digital assets on platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our CRO, BI, and user acquisition departments to analyse the results of campaigns and optimize for maximum impact.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
Design and produce high-quality video content and images for social media platforms and other digital channels.
Analize the performance of campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay up to date with the latest design trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
Work closely with the CRO, BI, and user acquisition departments to optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field
3+ years of experience in creative design, preferably in the healthcare industry
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with video production and editing is a plus
