About the position

We are looking for a crucial digital marketing team member – a CRO analyst. To be responsible for assessing customer behavior and optimizing user flows, media funnels, creatives, websites, and landing pages to increase and maximize conversions.

  • Optimizing lead generation and conversion strategy.
  • Measuring and auditing campaigns’ effectiveness, landing pages micro conversions, website conversions & the effectiveness of content.
  • Influencing content creation to ensure a high Return on investment.
  • Utilizing data to optimize content.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Coordinators, BI Analysts, and Studio to support the CRO process.
  • Bring new ideas for digital activities and assets.
  • 3+ years of Expertise in online content platforms.
  • Conversion rate improvement experience.
  • Deep understanding of CRO tools and sources: Google Analytics, Optimize, Lucky Orange, Hotjar, etc.
  • Familiar with Google Ads, YouTube ads, Facebook campaigns, Taboola ads, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
  • Data analysis – the ability to measure the impact of content.
  • Analytical and communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience auditing and creating content across digital channels.
  • Extremely organized and excellent at managing deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, Sales-oriented, and able to think creatively.
  • High-Level English is Required. 
  • German and French speakers – Significant advantage.
  • SQL – An advantage.
