About The Position

We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and execution-focused Product Marketing Lead to take full ownership of our digital presence and product-related marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll lead go-to-market strategies, oversee marketing content, and manage cross-functional projects—including tech-focused initiatives that improve customer journeys and purchase processes.

You’ll collaborate closely with the product, growth, and operations teams, manage the Content Coordinator, and ensure messaging, conversion, and brand alignment across all digital touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute product marketing strategies for new and existing products, from ideation to launch
  • Materially increase conversion rates and brand consistency by writing and managing the writing of impactful, conversion-focused copy for the website, acquisition funnel, and customer experience
  • Creatively and strategically manage the promotion and communication of new features and products to existing customers and new audiences
  • Take full ownership of the FLOWZZ website, leading initiatives across content, design, CRO, and monetization
  • Supervise the Content Coordinator and ensure content is aligned with product and business goals
  • Work closely with Product, Growth, Sales, and Design teams to drive alignment and clarity
  • Create and Lead projects end-to-end with strong self-motivation and independence.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners as needed for project execution
  • Analyze performance, track key marketing and website metrics, and present insights to leadership
  • Ensure a consistent and effective digital marketing presence across all user touchpoints
  • Bring hands-on experience in building, managing, and optimizing websites—especially those focused on service or price comparison

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2C Product Marketing or a similar role
  • Proven experience working in a tech company or startup environment
  • Track record of managing cross-functional marketing and tech-related projects
  • Demonstrated ability to own and optimize websites for engagement, conversion, and monetization
  • Experience managing at least one team member
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strategic thinker with high attention to detail and a bias toward action
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
