About The Position

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will blend expertise in UI/UX design with marketing creativity, delivering user-friendly digital experiences and impactful marketing materials. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create designs that drive engagement, enhance brand identity, and improve user interactions across all platforms.

Responsibilities

Visual Design & Branding:

  • Design high-quality marketing assets, including social media graphics, video ads, email campaigns, and landing pages, ensuring brand consistency and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and user acquisition teams to develop creative concepts and digital campaigns tailored to specific platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain our visual brand identity across all channels, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable design language.

UI/UX Design:

  • Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring intuitive and accessible experiences.
  • Conduct user research, wireframing, and prototyping to inform design decisions and optimize user flows.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure the design vision is effectively implemented.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with copywriters, developers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Provide design direction and guidance to external agencies or freelancers when needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a visual designer or UI/UX designer, preferably in marketing, digital products, or tech industries.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both marketing assets and user-centered digital design projects (web/mobile applications, landing pages, etc.).
  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, Video-editing tools (Canva, CapCut)
  • Experience designing for performance-driven marketing campaigns, with an understanding of social media and digital advertising best practices.
  • Knowledge of interaction design principles, user flows, wireframes, and information architecture.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to collaborate with developers and assist with front-end design tweaks.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to balance creativity with functionality, ensuring designs are both beautiful and user-friendly.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience designing for healthcare, telehealth, or related industries – an advantage
  • Advanced Knowledge with AI tools – a big advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of motion design and animation (e.g., Adobe After Effects) – an advantage
