About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Specialist to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is critical to ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality logistics, procurement, and inventory management processes that support our business goals.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in supply chain optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Supplier Relations: Communicate with medical manufacturers (primarily in the cannabis industry) to gather real-time data on product availability, pricing, and quantities. Analyze stock levels and provide recommendations for product orders. Coordinate purchasing with the CMO.
  • Partner Sourcing: Identify and engage new partners, focusing on medical cannabis producers. Schedule and conduct online meetings, and evaluate potential collaborations based on received information.
  • Pharmacy Collaboration: Onboard new pharmacies, assess their product offerings, and recommend suitable products from partner manufacturers. Manage product distribution in line with each pharmacy’s capacity, stock status, and partnership terms.
  • Ongoing Pharmacy Support: Provide daily support to pharmacy partners, including updates on product availability, pricing, and new order opportunities.
  • Stock Monitoring & Optimization: Track inventory levels across pharmacy partners and monitor product performance. Analyze returned orders and suggest viable alternatives.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Support team on product availability and substitutions. Assist the CRM team with product-related queries and support email campaign content.
  • Product Management: Add new products to the website, including preparing core content and uploading it via the back office system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficient in G Suite, Excel, Monday (or equivalent), and Mixpanel
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
  • English – Mother Tongue (must)
  • German – Fluent (advantage)
